天然纤维素基医药辅料研究及应用
Research and Application of Pharmaceutical Excipients from Cellulose
【摘要】 研发和应用新型医药辅料是目前发展制药技术的重点方向,其中纤维素基辅料是不可或缺的一族。作为医药辅料,纤维素衍生物包括纤维素醚,纤维素酯和纤维素醚酯,文中综述了天然纤维素基医药辅料性能、化学结构及其应用。
【Abstract】 Research and application of pharmaceutical excipients have been a significant aspect of pharmacy by now,especially the pharmaceutical excipients from cellulose is indispensable.The pharmaceutical excipients which are made form cellulose include cellulose ester,cellulose ether and cellulose ester and ether.The performance,chemical structure and applications of pharmaceutical excipients from cellulose were reviewed in this paper.
