多枝桉乙酸法蒸煮特性以及组分反应动力学模型的研究
Study on Cooking Property of E.Viminalis Wood and the Kinetics of the Fraction in Acetic Acid-H2SO4 Media
【摘要】 动力学模型是研究反应动力学的一个很有力的工具。试验采用乙酸法对多枝桉木片进行了蒸煮。在硫酸用量为1.0%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%的条件下,研究了其蒸煮特性。并根据残余固体,以及残余固体中Klason木素含量的变化,提出了残余固体以及残余固体中Klason木素动力学模型方程。深入讨论了浓度、时间对蒸煮过程中组分:残余固体、残余固体中Klason木素、乙酸木素以及提取糖的的影响。
【Abstract】 Kinetic models were developed to give an interpretation of several phenomena in wood fraction. Experimental data (obtained in wood treatments at normal boiling temperature with 90% acetic acid solutions containing 1.0%~3.0% H2SO4), were used to develop kinetic equations for: (1)solid residue yield ,(2) solid residue composition:lignin. By means of empirical equations, the kinetic parameters were correlated with the catalyst H2SO4 concentration used in the various experiments, leading to generalized models which are useful for technical and economic evaluation of the studied process.
