【Abstract】 Objective To carry out quality-adjusted survival analysis by Markov chain embedded with Cox model. Methods To construct theory models and analys by example. Results To simulate data according to the case model ,and parameter estimates are nearly consistent with the primary model. Conclusion Through integrating weighted sum of mean life time across all life states, it is become more reasonable to compare between different treatments, and more flexible to apply cox model.更多还原
