减味藿香正气水药效物质基础的研究
Pharmacodyamic material basis of Jianwei Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid
【摘要】 目的探讨减味藿香正气水作用于肠道的药效物质基础。方法采用SPSS统计分析方法,以40个色谱峰的相对峰面积和对乙酰胆碱刺激的家兔离体十二指肠的抑制率进行相关分析和回归分析。结果得到40个色谱峰的相关系数和回归方程。结论确定色谱峰X3和X25所代表的化学成分为该药对家兔离体兔肠抑制的药效物质基础,其中色谱峰X25为厚朴酚。
【Abstract】 Objective To study on the pharmacodyamic material basis of Jianwei Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid. Methods Regression and correlation analysis were applied to interrelate the areas of 40 peaks and inhibition rates of rabbits’ isolated duodenum activated by acetylcholine.Results Pearson’s correlation coefficients and regression equation of 40 peaks were achived. Conclusion The chemical substances for X3 and X25 are defined as the pharmacodyamic material basis of Jianwei Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid. The chemical substance for X25 is magnolol. Cortrx Magnoliae Officinalis is the main crude drug in Jianwei Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid.
