【摘要】 目的研究广西白背叶植物(Mallotus apelta)叶中的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱层析的方法对广西白背叶植物叶中的化学成分进行分离和纯化,通过IR、MS、NMR等光谱技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从广西白背叶中分离得到4个化合物,经鉴定为大黄酚(Ⅰ),烟酸(Ⅱ),异东莨菪内酯(Ⅲ)和对甲氧基苯甲酸(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Mallotus apelta. Methods Silica gel column chromatography was employed to isolate and purify the constituents.Structures of the chemical constituents were elucidated by IR,MS and NMR.Results Four constituents were isolated and identified as chrysophanol(Ⅰ),nicotinic acid(Ⅱ),isoscopletin(Ⅲ) and 4-methoxybenzoic acid(Ⅳ),respectively.Conclusion Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were firstly separated from Mallotus apelta.更多还原
