不同药物中期引产胎盘上的凋亡相关因子表达

【摘要】 目的探讨中期引产胎盘的结构变化及几种凋亡因子表达特征。方法中孕引产胎盘20例及足月分娩胎盘5例,常规石蜡包埋和切片,切片做HE染色、免疫组化,观察胎盘的微细结构和几种凋亡相关因子的变化,并与正常胎盘进行比较。结果引产胎盘呈现出比对照组更严重的变性、坏死及炎性浸润。中孕引产和足月分娩胎盘的Bax、Bc l-2和Fas-L在蜕膜细胞和合体滋养细胞呈现阳性,而Caspase-9表达不一。结论胎盘合体滋养细胞的过度凋亡以终止胎盘功能导致分娩,可能是依沙吖啶主要作用之一;中孕引产药物将对机体引起类似“移植排斥”的免疫反应而致胎儿“流产”。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pathological structure and to detect the expression of several biologic factors which related to delivery in the placentas.Methods 25 specimens of placentas were obtained and divided into three groups.The expressions of 4 kinds of antibody polypeptides(Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-9,Fas-L)in the placentas were examined using streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) method by immunohistochemistry.Result It was shown that the positive reactions of Bcl-2 and Bax,which related to cells apoptosis displayed on decidua and syncytiotrophoblast in the placentas of three groups,but "Caspase-9" displayed negative reaction in midtrimester abortion with only injection of Rivanol.Conclusion In the placentas delivery of midtrimester abortion,there was an inordinate apoptosis level in syncytiotrophoblast cells.This might be the main toxicity effect of Rivanol,and disturbed the function of placenta.It was showed that the inflammatory reaction of Rivanol destroyed the immune tolerance,and resulted in a miscarriage,alike allograft rejection.
