【摘要】 目的测定益元口服液中总多糖的含量。方法采用蒽酮硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,测定总多糖的含量。结果葡萄糖质量浓度在0.00806~0.06468 mg.mL-1范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.5%,RSD=1.22%;3批样品所测得的总多糖平均含量分别为9.81,10.16,9.66 mg.mL-1。结论采用蒽酮硫酸法测定益元口服液中总多糖含量,快速准确,稳定性好,可作为该制剂总多糖含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of polysaccharides in Yiyuan oral liquid.Methods The content of polysaccharides was measured colorimetrically by anthrone test using glucose as the standard.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 8.06-64.68 μg·ml-1 for glucose.The average recovery was 96.5% with RSD 1.22%.The contents of polysaccharides of 3 batches of Yiyuan oral liquid were 9.81,10.16 and 9.66 mg·ml-1,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and stable,which could be used for the quality control of this oral liquid.更多还原
