【摘要】 目的探讨Forsus推杆矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类错的临床效果。方法应用Forsus推杆矫治器治疗17例安氏Ⅱ类错患者,治疗前治疗后进行头影测量分析。结果17例患者治疗后SNA平均减小0.87°,SNB平均增加2.93°,4～6个月使安氏Ⅱ类错达到Ⅰ类磨牙关系。结论Forsus推杆矫治器在矫治过程中不妨碍口腔基本功能,装配简便,是一种有效的Ⅱ类错固定功能矫治器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Forsus push rod appliance is an innovative fixed functional appliance for patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion.The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of this application in clinical programs.Methods Seventeen patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected and treated with Forsus Push Rod Appliance.The cephalometric analysis were applied to evaluate the effects before and after the fixed functional appliance.Results Forsus push rod appliance is a compress spring combined telescope mechanism that stimulate sagittally mandibule and alveolus growth by keeping the mandibule in a continuous protruded position.Conclusion Forsus push rod appliane is an simple equipment that can be used on treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion,without disturbance on oral basic function.更多还原
