【摘要】 目的探讨替牙早期采用固定支架式扩弓器扩大上下颌牙弓矫治牙列拥挤的方法。方法在1例9岁男童的上下颌同时黏结固定支架式螺旋扩弓器,上颌扩弓1个月,下颌扩弓2.5个月后,用"2×4"技术排齐拥挤的上下颌前牙,并用Hawley保持器保持。结果上颌尖牙间宽度扩大5.4mm,磨牙间宽度扩大9.0mm;下颌尖牙间宽度扩大3.4mm,磨牙间宽度扩大6.6mm;上下牙列排列整齐,咬合关系良好。结论对于基骨丰满、牙弓狭窄的轻度或边缘性中度牙列拥挤拟不拔牙患者,可在替牙早期或中期试行上下颌同时扩弓治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical appliance of the fixed maxillary expansion in conjunction with fixed mandibular expansion in early mixed dentition.Methods A 9-year-old boy was treated with the fixed rapid maxillary expander for a month combined with the fixed mandibular expander for two and a half months followed by the 2×4 appliance to align the anterior upper and lower teeth.Hawley retainer was used after the treatment.Results The maxillary intercanine width increased 5.4 mm,and the intermolar width increased 9.0 mm.The mandibular intercanine width and the intermolar width increased 3.4 mm and 6.6 mm respectively.The upper and lower teeth were straight and the occlusion is normal.Conclusion Early or mid-mixed dentition maxillary expansion in conjunction with the mandibular expansion is feasible in non-extraction treatment for mild or borderline moderate crowding patients with wide base bone and narrow arch.更多还原
