【摘要】 目的探讨CDH1基因启动子-160位点C/A单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与肝细胞肝癌(HCC)部分临床病理指标的关系以及对HCC切除术后复发的预测价值。方法采用DNA直接测序法检测HCC病例血液标本中CDH1启动子-160C/ASNP,分析其与HCC部分临床病理指标及复发的关系。结果各基因型与癌结节数目相关性有统计学差异(χ2=6.888,P=0.032),与性别、年龄、血清HBsAg、肝硬化、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、术前血清AFP等均无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同基因型与复发相关性有统计学差异(χ2=8.838,P=0.012),CC基因型与相对长无瘤生存时间、低复发率相关,AA、AC基因型则与短无瘤生存时间、高复发率相关,且A等位基因频率与高复发率相关。结论CDH1基因启动子-160位点C/ASNP可能与HCC切除术后不良预后相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the relationship between-160C/A single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in the CDH1 gene promoter and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods-160C/A SNP of CDH1 gene promoter was detected by blood specimens taken from HCC cases using direct DNA sequencing,the relationship between SNP and partial clinical-pathological features,recurrence of HCC was analyzed.Results Different genetypes were associated with the number of tumor nodi(χ2=8.838,P=0.012) whereas had no correlation with gender,age,serum HBsAg,hepatic cirrhosis,size of tumor,Tnm stages and preoperative serum AFP(P>0.05);Different genetypes were associated with HCC recurrence(χ2=8.838,P=0.012),genetype CC correlated with longer tumor free days,lower recurrence rate correspondingly whereas genetype AA,AC correlated with shorter tumor free days,higher recurrence rate,and higher A allele frequency correlated with higher HCC recurrence rate.Conclusion-160C/A SNP in the CDH1 gene promoter may correlate with poor prognosis of HCC treated with resection.更多还原
