【摘要】 目的探讨SOCS-1在肝癌中的表达及其对BCL-XL表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测36例肝细胞癌,8例肝硬化以及4例正常肝组织中SOCS-1和BCL-XL蛋白的表达水平。结果SOCS-1在正常肝组织和肝硬化组织中呈强胞浆表达。66.7%(24/36)的肝细胞癌组织SOCS-1异常低表达与BCL-XL过表达显著相关(P=0.00011)。36例肝癌中20例(55.6%)显示SOCS-1异常低表达伴BCL-XL阳性染色。10例(27.8%)显示SOCS-1正常表达伴BLC-XL阴性染色。结论SOCS-1异常低表达与肝癌的进展和转移有关。其机制可能是通过上调BCL-XL基因的表达,促使肝细胞增殖和恶化转化而实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of socs-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its effect on the expression of bcl-xl.Methods The immunohistochemical SP staining technique was performed to detect the expression of socs-1 and blc-xl in 48 liver tissue samples,including 4 cases of normal liver,8 cases of liver cirrhosis,and 36 cases of HCC.Results In normal and cirrhotic liver,the high expression of socs-1 was observed in the cell cytoplasm.The weak expression of socs-1 was detected in 24(66.7%) of the 36 HCC tissues and significantly lower in the tissues with poor differentiation and metastasis than that in the ones with well differentiation and non-metastasis.There was a significant correlation between the low expression of socs-1 and the over expression of bcl-xl(P=0.00011).Of the 36 HCC tissue samples,20 were found low expression of socs-1 combined with positive expression of bcl-xl(55.6%),and 10 were found normal expression of socs-1 combined with negative bcl-xl expression(27.8%).Conclusion The aberrant expression of socs-1 is related with the progression and metastasis of HCC,and exhibits its effect mainly by the transactivation of bcl-xl gene.更多还原
