【摘要】 近十年来,随着中国社会经济的迅速发展,对高技能人才的需求十分迫切。以培养高级技能人才为办学宗旨的职业技术学院也迅速发展,招生人数已经超过普通高校而成为中国高等教育的半壁江山。然而,由于长期以来对职业技术教育的认识的偏误造成中国职业教育的落后。很多名为职业技术学院的院校实际上还在按照普通专科学校的模式办学。本文针对这种现象,围绕“如何办出特色”这个主题,从办学定位、学科建设、师资队伍建设、实验室和实训室建设、教材建设和教学方法创新、人才培养模式创新等方面展开讨论,提出一己之见,以就教于专家。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talents are urgently demanded by the society along with the rapid development of economy in the past 10 years.Polytechnic colleges focusing on training specialized skilled workers are under rapid development,too.Their enrolment has excelled average colleges.However,vocational education in China has been backward due to people’s misunderstanding.Many polytechnic colleges are run as average colleges.The paper studies how to run characteristic polytechnic universities in terms of school-running orientation,discipline construction,teachers team construction,development of lab,material and innovation of teaching methods and so on.更多还原
