【摘要】 随着我国自然保护区不断发展,保护区建设和维持的资金并没有相应的增加。为了有效地解决我国自然保护区资金不足和生态环境恶化问题,文章提出了依据不同级别的自然保护区,分别实行自然保护区土地私人经营管理和土地企业化管理的建议,并阐明了自然保护区私人经营管理和土地企业化管理要素设计问题,提出了改革设想,揭示了私人经营管理在我国自然保护区建设与管理的可实施性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of natural protection areas,the lack of fund with construction and maintenance has appeared.In order to effectively settle problems of lack of fund and ecological-environmental deterioration,the paper put forward the suggestions of private management and landbusiness management in natural protection areas with different grade,and explains factor design and reform idea of private management and land-business management,and disclosure the feasibility of private management in natural protection areas.更多还原
