【摘要】 从供应链的角度研究物流能力定量核算的方法。以汽车行业供应链为背景,建立核算供应链物流能力的模型,以供应链节点和线路能力为约束,分供应物流、生产物流和分销物流3个阶段核算供应链系统的物流能力,得出了以单位时间内流出供应链产品数量表示的供应链物流能力,提出了供应链物流能力优化的两个基本原则:一是识别并消除瓶颈环节,并给出了识别瓶颈环节的定量方法;二是保持供应链各环节物流能力的协调一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies quantitative method of logistics capability accounting from the view of supply chain.A model is constructed for supply chain logistics capability accounting based on automobile industry supply chain,restrictions on logistics capability accounting are supply chain node and route capability and logistics capability accounting falls into three phases which are supply logistics,production logistics and distribution logistics.Supply chain logistics capability is educed which is denoted by product quantity flowing out supply chain in unit time,and two basic principles brought forward for optimizing supply chain logistics capability:one is identifying and eliminating bottle-neck and gives quantitative method of identifying bottle-neck at the same time,and the other is keeping consistency of logistics capability in the whole supply chain.更多还原
