【摘要】 目前,上海轨道交通已投入运营的线路共5条,运营管理分属3家运营企业管理。据“十一五”规划,当上海的10条轨道交通线建成,并构成网络化运营时,合理衡量轨道交通运营者之间协同运营的能力对构建网络运营的高效运作管理体系,从而提升轨道交通网的整体效应尤为重要。从运营者战略联盟的角度出发,构建了衡量轨道交通运营者运营的协同效应的指标体系,以期能够有利于评价轨道交通运营战略联盟的协同效应;并用多级模糊评价法对上海轨道交通运营联盟的协同效应进行了评价,为提升协同效应指出了发展的方向。更多还原
