凝固条件对再生蛋白/PVA共混纤维形貌与性能的影响
EFFECT OF COAGULATION CONDITIONS ON PROPERTIES AND MORPHOLOGY OF REGENERATED PROTEIN/PVA BLENDED FIBER
【摘要】 以再生动物蛋白/聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成纤聚合物湿法纺丝制备再生蛋白质纤维。研究凝固条件对纤维性能及形貌的影响。结果表明:较高的浓度和适当降低温度有利于形成物理机械性能良好的纤维,制得的纤维强度为3.49 cN/dtex,伸长率为8.6%。
【Abstract】 In this paper regenerated protein fiber was prepared by using wet spinning process with regenerated protein /PVA(polyvinyl alcohol)as rough material.The effect of the coagulation conditions on the properties and morphology of the fibers was systematically studied.It was demonstrated that a high concentration and a reasonably raised temperature were favorable to the formation of the regenerated protein fiber and the fibers with a strength of 3.49cN/dtex and an elongation ratio of 8.6% were obtained.
