低温柔韧型水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯复合分散体的合成与性能
Synthesis and Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane/ Acrylate Hybrid Dispersion with Excellent Flexibility at Low Temperature
【摘要】 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、环氧树脂(E-20)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等用原位合成技术制备具有核壳结构的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(WPUA)复合分散体。研究了环氧树脂(E-20)、MMA加入量等对分散体及涂膜性能的影响,从而确定了最佳合成配方,获得了具有优良的低温成膜性好、贮存稳定性好、高硬度、耐有机溶剂性佳和附着力强的水性聚氨酯涂料。
【Abstract】 Waterborne polyurethane/acrylate dispersion(WPUA) with core/shell structure was synthesized using toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80),polyether polyds(N220),1,4-butanediol(BDO),2,2-dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),epoxy resin(E-20) and methyl methacrylate(MMA).The effects of ratio of E-20 and MMA on the performance of the dispersion and its film were discussed.Then,an excellent dispersion with good flexibility,stability,high hardness,good solvent-resistance and good adhesion was obtained.
