化妆品中微量元素铅砷的测定结果分析
Measurement Result Analysis of the Trace Plumbum and Trace Arsenic Content in the Cosmetics
【摘要】 化妆品样品经消化定容后,分别采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光法测定微量元素铅、砷。结果表明:当测试样品用量按国家化妆品检验标准要求用量的2倍时,经多次重复测定,其结果具有较好重现性。在四类化妆品(护肤水、面霜、洗面奶和沐浴液)中,铅含量在0.73~6.46μg/g之间,砷含量在0.11~3.70μg/g之间,各类化妆品铅、砷含量均远低于国标限值(铅40μg/g、砷10μg/g)。
【Abstract】 After cosmetic samples been digested and kept in constant volume,trace plumbum and trace arsenic can be measured through atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescent spectrometry respectively.A conclusion can be reached that,after measured many times,the result is more accurate when the amount of samples used is twice as much as is required in the national standard of cosmetic test.Amongst four kinds of cosmetics(skin care waterf、acial cream、cleansing facial milk、bath foam),the plumbum content is between 0.73 μg/g and 6.46 μg/g,and the arsenic content is between 0.11 μg/g and 3.70 μg/g.The plumbum and arsenic content in the cosmetics under tests are far lower than that of national standards limits(plumbum 40 μg/g,arsenic 10 μg/g).
