【摘要】 分别用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚和水提取狭瓣鹰爪叶中的抗氧化活性成分,在相同条件下比较它们对猪油的抗氧化效果,过氧化值(POV)采用碘量法测定。结果显示:不同溶剂的狭瓣鹰爪叶提取物均具有一定的抗氧化作用,且随着添加量的增大而增大,其不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化作用的能力强弱顺序依次为乙酸乙酯、水、石油醚、乙醇。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anti-oxidation extracts of artabotrys haimanensis R.E.frie of leaves by using the alcohol,ethyl acrylate,light petroleum,water.In the same condition,the anti-oxidation to hog fat was compared.POV was measured by iodimetry.The results showed that different dissolvent had anti-oxidation function to the extractions from the leaves,and the effect function was bigger with the more dissolvent adding to it.Among them,ethyl acrylate extract was the strongest one,then was the water,light petroleum,alcohol in order.更多还原
