【摘要】 公路客运峰谷现象明显,然而运能、运力是有限的,如何才能更好地满足客运高峰期(如春运)的交通需求是政府和企业的一项重要课题。现有的政策并没有使有限的客运资源得到最合理的利用,给能源和环境都带来了一定的影响。目前尚缺乏专门的文献论述公路客运班车的报停制度,文章较系统地从市场需求和企业运营两个角度论述了建立班车报停制度的必要性和可行性,通过对客运线路的调查,对其社会经济效益作了定性和定量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Passenger transportation’s wave crest and trough of is distinctness,and that the resource of passenger transport is limited,how to satisfy the flood tide demand of passenger transport is a government and enterprise’s important problem.The existing policy haven’t make the limited passenger transport resource utilize in reason,which affect the energy sources and circumstance. Currently lack special literature discuss establishing passenger transportation regular bus report stop,this paper roundly dissertate the necessity and possibility to establish regular bus report stop from the market and the enterprise two angles,finally,illustrate some passenger transportation lines of Guangdong Province,and made the qualitative and quantitative analysis of society and economic benefits.更多还原
