金属板热红外偏振的方向特性研究
Thermal emission polarization of metal plate at different viewing angles
【摘要】 热红外偏振探测有利于从背景中识别金属目标。通过分析热红外偏振探测方法,根据现有条件研制了一种热红外成像偏振探测仪。利用该系统,研究了金属板热红外偏振度和观测角之间的关系。实验中采用的金属板分别为铝质和钢质,表面都进行了抛光处理。实验结果表明,金属目标板热红外偏振度和其自身的热辐射亮温值没有直接的关系。在观测角大于20°时,随着观测角度的增大,金属目标板热红外偏振度的数值也增大。但在观测角小于20°时测量,金属目标板热红外偏振度和观测角之间的关系并不遵循上述原则。
【Abstract】 Thermal emission polarization detection is a very good approach to identify metal target from the background. By analyzing thermal emission polarization detection method, a thermal imaging polarimeter is developed. The relationship between the thermal emission polarization and viewing angles in metal targets is studied by using this thermal imaging polarimeter. The metal plates are made of aluminum and steel respectively, and their surfaces are all polished. The experiment results show that the polarization degree of metal plate surface has no direct relation with the temperature of the metal plate surface. The polarization degree of metal plate surface increases with the viewing angle, when the viewing angle is larger than 20 degree. However, the relationship between the thermal emission polarization degree of metal plate surface and viewing angle of the detector does not obey the rule, when the viewing angle is smaller than 20 degree.
