宽幅胶片弊病在线检测系统的研制

【摘要】 研制了一种基于CCD成像和数字图像处理技术的宽幅胶片弊病在线检测系统。在红外光源提供均匀照明的条件下,采用两台高分辨率线阵CCD摄像机对运转速度为90m/min、宽幅为1300mm的胶片实时成像,利用简化了的平滑去噪和边缘检测算法进行处理,并通过双阈值判据及时发现弊病,保存弊病位置信息和弊病图像。系统检测能力为横向80μm,纵向500μm,能够检测出各种典型的弊病。

【Abstract】 An on-line inspection system for wide film production was developed based on CCD imaging and digital image processing. With the infrared uniformity illumination, two high resolution linear CCD cameras grabbed images of the film with the width of 1300mm running at high speed of 90m/min, which were then processed by means of the simplified algorithms integrating smooth filtering and edge detection. The system used two summation thresholds to inspect defects and save the information of the defect including its image. The system resolution is as high as 80μm in horizontal direction and 500μm in vertical direction. The system works well on the spot.
