采用USB2.0接口的双DSP控制器设计

【摘要】 本文主要介绍利用USB2.0作为数据交换接口构建的双DSP模块化控制系统,重点讨论了采用USB接口的控制系统的构成,数据传输中的协议解析方法,接口器件的内部结构。通过该接口与双DSP的实时数据交换与控制的实现方法。在此基础上研制了高性能小型化模块化控制系统,该系统中有两块DSP,分别挂接数字采集通路和模拟采集通路。USB接口可以控制DSP的所有行为。并将该系统成功应用于一复合轴光电跟踪控制系统。本文分析了双检测型复合轴控制的原理。给出了复合轴控制主轴与子轴在此双DSP硬件平台上的实现方案。最后给出了试验结果,证明了这种构架的优越性。

【Abstract】 Control system of the dual DSP controller module was introduced with a data interface of USB2.0.The paper focused on the architecture of the control system,the protocol of data transfer,the inner architecture of interface device,and the real-time data exchange and control between the host and the dual DSP through USB2.0 interface.A miniaturized and modularized control system with high performance was developed,in which there were dual DSP,one DSP interfaced to digital data collecting path,and the other interfaced to analog data collecting path.The USB interface could control all the behavior of the dual DSP.This system was applied in a compound axis control photoelectric track system successfully.Besides,the principle of compound axis control method was also introduced and the implementation plans of main axis and sub axis control loop were given.The test result verified the superiority of such architecture.
