【Abstract】 Based on our experiment with a new course design of Numerical Analysis for practicing distance learners in the light of student-centered tutoring,the present paper proposes that adequate light should be thrown on fundamentals and key elements in the course and that corresponding homework should be elaborately designed to facilitate the learning procedures for the distance learner and assess the learner’s performance as well.Some illustrations are provided in terms of quantitative analysis regarding the assessment methods for the results of the new course design.更多还原
