【Abstract】 Moral qualities is the soul of qualities education, so the moral qualities education as its foundation stone have the most important position. College is the place where the internet mostly derive,popularize, develop, and it also provides the technology support. The popularization and development of internet information education bring forward a new problem to the college students’ moral qualities education work.
