【Abstract】 The article introduces a new method of multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation.The method combines AHP with maximizing deviations and determines the weigh of evaluating index in a method of combination.According to the degree of approaching eye of target,we can get on ordering preference of the program.It has been applied to evaluating highway network and we have got better results.更多还原
