面积律在风扇子午流道修型中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF AREA RULE IN THE IMPROVEMENT DESIGN OF MERIDIAN SHAPE
【摘要】 利用外流设计中常采用的面积律方法,对一跨声速风扇实例的子午流道进行修型,并且对修型前、后的风扇转子进行了3D数值模拟.通过对模拟结果的对比分析,可以发现转子叶尖区域的损失明显减小,稳定工作范围被扩宽,因此按照面积律方法修型是有效果的,同时也说明了面积律方法在流道修型设计中具有应用前景.
【Abstract】 The meridian shape of the transonic fan was modified by mean of the area rule used in the external flow design traditionally.The flow field and the performance of the modified fan have been compared with the original one by using three dimensional numerical simulations.The results show that the flow loss of tip region is reduced and the working range is extended.Thus the area rule method is effective and promising in the improvement design of meridian shape.
