弯曲静叶时序效应对压气机性能的影响
EFFECTS OF STATOR CLOCKING ON PERFORMANCE IN A LOW SPEED AXIAL COMPRESSOR WITH COMPOUND-LEAN STATORS
【摘要】 本文实验研究了弯曲静叶栅时序效应对某低速轴流压气机性能影响。结果表明,两列静叶时序位置不同导致压气机效率发生显著变化,且变化幅度随流量增加而加大;设计点处,时序位置为4/18和12/18相对节距时具有最低、最高压气机效率,差值约为0,6%;最大流量处,时序位置为0/18和8/18时效率差值约为2.7%。出口流场测量显示,上游静叶尾迹被输运到下游叶列流道中不同周向位置并与该列叶栅不同区域低能流体的掺混是导致压气机性能随静叶时序位置不同而变化的主要原因。
【Abstract】 The experimental investigation into the effects of stator clocking on the performance in a low-speed repeating stage axial compressor with compound-lean stators show that stator clocking has a significant effect on the compressor efficiency, and the effect becomes pronounced as the mass flow rates increase. At the design condition, the maximum variation of efficiency is 0.6% due to stator clocking effect while 2.7% at the maximum mass flow rate condition. The main reason for the variation of the compressor efficiency as the clocking positions vary is that the upstream stator wakes enter the following passage at different circumferential positions, and then mix with the low energy fluid in the following passage.
