新一代大直径气动潜孔锤钻进系统的研制与应用
Development and Application of Drilling System on a New Generation of Large Diameter Pneumatic Down-the-hole Hammer
【摘要】 针对大直径气动潜孔锤钻进系统存在的问题,提出了改进措施,研制了第4代产品。通过优化和调整潜孔锤与管路结构参数,较大幅度降低系统的压力降;采用气举反循环排渣方式,提高反循环排渣的可靠性;将四通道钻具风管改为浮动连接,提高管路的密封性和拆装的方便性;选配电动稀油泵站,保证潜孔锤在工作过程中始终得到良好的润滑;设计提高了系统整体强度。第4代大直径气动潜孔锤钻进系统应用表明,研制中采取的一系列设计措施有效可行。
【Abstract】 Aiming at existing problems in drilling system of large diameter pneumatic down-the-hole hammer, an improving measure is proposed. A forth generation product has been developed. System pressure loss is significantly reduced via optimization and adjustment of structural parameters of down-the-hole hammer and piping. Possibility of counter-circulation drag discharge is increased by adopting pneumatic lifting. The four-channel bit air pipe is changed into floating connection to improve air-tightness of piping and convenience in assembly/disassembly. Electric thin oil pump station is selected to ensure permanently good lubrication in work process of the hammer. Overall strength is increased in the design, The application of the new generation drilling system to diameter down-the-hole pneumatic hammer demonstrated that a\the series of design measures are feasible and effective.
