【摘要】 目的探讨肝功能指标与实验性家兔肝纤维化程度的关系。方法建立肝纤维化家兔模型27只,进行肝纤维化和肝功能化验检查。结果肝纤维化程度不同,肝功能检查结果均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血生化指标在家兔肝纤维化不同分期中有不同的升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between liver function and stage of hepatic fibrosis. Methods There were 27 rabbits involved in this study. Carbon tetrachloride was injected intraperitoneally to make the model of rabbit liver fibrosis, then the changes of hepatic pathology and markers of hepatic biochemistry were observed, respectively. Results Hepatic fibrosis was obtained in the specimens of livers. ALT/AST,A/G,ALB,ALT were statistically different in result of liver function test. Conclusion The stage of hepatic fibrosis could be evaluated by liver function test objectively.更多还原
