【摘要】 通过对7个脱毒甘薯品种进行比较试验,结果表明:产量高低依次为苏薯8号(5504.2 kg/667m2)、北京553(5098.7 kg/667m2)、豫薯王、徐薯18、遗字138-3、鲁薯8号、甘薯1号(CK);淀粉含量依次为甘薯1号(20.76%)、徐薯18(20.06%)、鲁薯8号、豫薯王、遗字138-3、北京553、苏薯8号(8.25%);根据各品种的淀粉含量特点可将其分成加工型(甘薯1号、徐薯18、鲁薯8号)、兼用型(豫薯王)和鲜食型(遗字138-3、北京553、苏薯8号)3种类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 7 sweet potato varieties with virus-free were tested to investigate their yield and quality.The results show that the yield and starch content of Sushu 8,Beijing 553,Yushuwang,Xushu 18,Yizi 138-3,Lushu 8 and Ganshu 1(CK) were 5504.2 kg/667m2 and 8.25%,5098.7 kg/667m2 and 12.91%,4287.2 kg/667m2 and 18.68%,4226.7 kg/667m2 and 20.06%,3851.1 kg/667m2 and 13.11%,3726.4 kg/667m2 and 20.00%,3515.9 kg/667m2 and 20.76% respectively.These varieties can be divided into the processing type(Ganshu 1,Xushu 18 and Lushu 8),dual purpose type(Yushuwang) and fresh food type(Yizi 138-3,Beijing 553 and Sushu 8) according to the starch content.更多还原
