【摘要】 本文简要介绍了听证制度的产生、发展以及我国听证制度发展的现状,并从刑事诉讼中存在的问题、听证在刑事诉讼中的存在价值、听证与刑事诉讼的契合性等角度指出在刑事诉讼中构建听证的必要性与可行性,最后指出了刑事诉讼中构建听证的范围、听证的参加人、听证时间以及应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the emergence,development and the status quo of the system of hearing of witnesses in China.And it pointed out the necessity and feasibility of constructing hearing of witnesses in criminal lawsuit through the problems in criminal lawsuit,the existing value of hearing of witnesses in criminal lawsuit and the corresponding between bearing of witnesses and criminal lawsuit. Finally,it discussed the scope of constructing bearing of witnesses,the participants,the time and the problems should pay attention to in criminal lawsuit.更多还原
