热轧带肋钢筋冷弯时沿横肋根部开裂的机理

【摘要】 综述了20世纪90年代以来,我国热轧带肋钢筋冷弯性能的研究成果。对外形尺寸合格、表面质量达标的热轧带肋钢筋取样进行化学成分、力学性能、夹杂物级别、断口和组织形貌等检测后发现,冷弯时沿横肋根部开裂钢筋的组织为树枝状组织。热处理试验研究表明:1000℃保温50 min,树枝状组织开始均匀化;1100℃保温70min,可以获得F+P为主的均匀组织。依据材料的再结晶理论,分析了热轧带肋钢筋中树枝状组织产生的原因,给出了定性的改进措施。

【Abstract】 Research results on cold-bending properties of hot-rolled ribbed bar since 1990s in China are summarized.Through study of chemical composition,mechanical properties,grades of inclusions,fractographs and microstructure of the products,it was found that dendritic structures is observed in large ribbed bar with cracks along roots of transverse ribs.The results of heat treatment indicated:that dendritic structure starts to homogenize after heating to 1 000 ℃ for 50 min.Uniform F+P microstructure is available at 1 100 ℃ for 70 min.According to the theory of recrystallization,the reasons of dendritic formation are analyzed,and measures to improve are proposed.
