硼酸复合制剂对焦炭反应性的影响及其作用机理研究

【摘要】 将硼酸复合制剂喷洒至炽热的焦炭中,研究其对焦炭反应性、对碱的屏蔽以及抗碱性的影响,并用EDS和XPS对喷洒后的焦炭的表面元素及其结合状态进行了分析。结果表明:硼酸复合制剂在炽热焦炭的表面发生分解,生成B2O3覆盖在焦炭气孔的表面,阻碍焦炭与CO2的接触;硼酸复合制剂既可以降低焦炭的反应性,又可以对焦炭内的碱起屏蔽作用,还可以抵抗碱的侵蚀,其影响程度随硼酸复合制剂浓度的增加而增加。

【Abstract】 Boric acid composite agent was sprayed on hot coke and the effects on coke reactivity,shielding from alkali and resistance to erosion of alkali were studied.The composition and morphology of coke surface after spray was analyzed using EDS and XPS.The results showed that the decomposition of boric acid happens on coke surface and B2O3 is produced covering on the surface of coke pores to prevent coke from contact with CO2.Boric acid decreases coke reactivity,shielding the coke from alkali and increases resistance to erosion of alkali.The degree of influence increases with boric acid concentration.
