【摘要】 以厚板二维传热过程数学模型为基础,开发了紧凑式宽厚板辊底式连续热处理炉计算机优化控制系统。其功能主要包括:厚板物料跟踪、厚板温度跟踪、厚板优化加热控制、厚板连续及摆动运行控制、厚板混装炉温优化控制、厚板温度反馈控制等。并采用西门子公司的PCS7控制系统在某公司轧钢厂实现了辊底式热处理炉厚板生产过程的在线优化控制和管理,取得了令人满意的控制效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on two dimensional heat-transfer mathematical model,a computer control system for compact roller hearth heat treatment furnace,which includes plate movement tracking,plate temperature tracking,optimum heating control of plate,continuous and swing movement control of plate,optimum furnace temperature control for mixing loading of plates,feedback control of plate temperature and so on,was developed,and on-line control and management of roller hearth furnace is realized at a rolling plant of one steel company using PCS7 control system provided by SIMENS Co.,with satisfactory results.更多还原
