【Abstract】 The principle of varying contact rolling technology is introduced.Theoretically the varying contact rolling technology can increase the transverse stiffness of loaded roll gap,heighten the control effect of roll bending,improve the distribution of contact force between backup roll and work roll.After long-term application on hot wide strip mills,varying contact rolling technology was proved to be effective in strip profile and flatness improvement roll consumption reduction and increase of rolled product length of rolling cycle.更多还原
