【摘要】 为了降低印染、印刷行业中因颜色测量偏差而造成的产品质量问题,更好控制产品的质量,需对颜色测量结果质量进行评定。在对测量不确定度评定方法进行分析的基础上,结合颜色测量的特点对测量结果不确定度进行评定。根据ISO不确定度评定标准,首先基于不确定度的来源和不同光谱反射率间相关系数对光谱反射率不确定度计算方法进行分析,再基于光谱反射率不确定度计算色度值不确定度。最后用实例说明颜色测量结果的不确定度评定方法是可行的,为今后进一步的研究奠定理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce product quality problem caused by color measuring deviation and have a better control of product quality in dyeing and printing sectors,it is necessary to evaluate color measuring result.Color measuring result′s uncertainty is evaluated on the basis of analyzing evaluation methods of measuring uncertainty,taking into consideration the characteristics of color measurement at the same time.Firstly,according to evaluation method of uncertainty of ISO,calculation of spectral reflectance′s uncertainty is analyzed based on uncertainty′s sources and correlation coefficient between different spectral reflectance;then chromatic value′s uncertainty is calculated based on spectral reflectance′s uncertainty.Finally,practical application of color measuring result′s uncertainty is analyzed by examples.The present work has laid a theoretical basis for further study.更多还原
