【摘要】 为了解不同染色工艺对亚麻织物染色性能的影响,探讨了浸染、轧—烘—焙、轧—烘—轧—蒸以及冷轧堆4种染色工艺对活性染料上染亚麻织物时的提升性能、K/S值、牢度以及染透性的影响。3种轧染工艺相比较,用轧—烘—轧—蒸工艺染色后织物的K/S值最大,轧—烘—焙工艺K/S值最小;用轧—烘—焙工艺染色的亚麻织物有明显环染现象,其它染色工艺的染透性良好;不同染色方法对亚麻织物的色牢度影响不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to get aware of the influence of dyeing process on the dyeing property of linen fabrics,dyeing experiments of linen fabrics were performed with reactive dyes using four dyeing methods,i.e.,exhaust,paddrycure,paddrypadsteam,and cold pad-batch,and their influence on build-up,(K/S) value,penetrating property and color fastness were investigated.Among the three padding techniques,the K/S value of the fabric dyed using paddrypadsteam technique was the highest,while the K/S value of the fabric dyed using paddrycure was the lowest.In addition,ring dyed phenomena was obvious with the linen fabric dyed by paddrycure.The other three dyeing techniques impart the fabric good penetrating property.In the case of dyeing technique,it made little difference in color fastness of linen fabrics.更多还原
