【摘要】 针对国产高速纺胶圈使用寿命短,特别是纺丝速度达到1 000 m/min时其使用寿命普遍只有1个多月的现状,提出胶圈耐磨性、整圈强度、抗静电性、运转稳定性以及伸长率等是制约其使用寿命和影响变形丝质量的主要因素。通过优选主体材料、共混材料和补强剂,从胶圈耐磨性,抗静电性、稳定性与伸长率的控制,表面摩擦系数的控制4个方面详细分析了H1000型胶圈的配方体系及工艺改进,指出H1000型高速纺胶圈具有弹性好、耐油、耐溶剂、使用寿命长,高速运转中不抖动,不跑偏、不伸长;表面摩擦系数大,加捻效果强等的优点。特别是纺丝速度为1 000m/min时使用寿命可达3个月,可替代进口胶圈。更多还原

【Abstract】 As to the current status of the domestic apron in speedy spinning regarding short service life,say,only one month at 1 000 m/min in general,The main factors involved with service life and quality of textured yarn are listed as the following:wear-resistance of apron,strength of the finished apron,antistatic,stable performance and enlongation.Through sorting of body material,co-mixed material and reinforced material,analysis is done to the prescription of apron H1000 and process modification based on the control of wear-resistance,antistatic,stable performance and enlongation.Conclusion is made that apron H1000 has advantages such as good elasticity,oil resistance,solvent resistance and long service life,non-vibration,non-off-balance,non-elongation,big surface friction factor and powerful twisting effect in hi-speed performance,consequently,the service life reaching 3 months at 1 000 m/min,thus a substitution of the imported products of the same kind.更多还原
