【Abstract】 Integration of European-currency had achieved great success,while the convergence and coordination of fiscal and monetary policy have not changed the essence of the decentralizationof Europeanfiscal system.The dispersive fiscal policy and the united monetary policy is not the best institute arrangement.There existed asymmetryon the composite structureand its negativeeffect was gradually appearing.Applying the Mundell-Fleming Model,this article analyzed the necessity of coordination and the necessityand urgency of perfecting the present system.更多还原
