【摘要】 通过观察丹参对骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤即时的骨骼肌病理组织切片并测量肿胀系数,探讨其干预作用及机制。将雄性SD大鼠60只行左侧提睾肌主滋养动脉夹闭造模,在缺血150 min时,给药组腹腔注射丹参,对照组注射等剂量的生理盐水,2组分别设缺血再灌注10、20、40、60、90 min观测点。观测结束迅速切取提睾肌,称重并切片观察。结果:丹参能够明显缓解骨骼肌缺血再灌注时的组织炎症及肌肉肿胀。结论:丹参可能通过及时消除骨骼肌肿胀改善缺血再灌注损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of danshen decoction on ischemical reperfusion injury by swelling index and pathohistology observation.The left cremaster muscles of male SD rats received a standard diet and water were isolated and opened on the ventral side via an incision of the scrotum.The rats were randomly divided into two groups received an intraperitoneal injection of either danshen decoction or the same volume of phosphate buffered saline as a control.Three hours of ischemia was achieved by clamping the main vascular pedicle.Pathologic features of the cremaster muscle and swelling indexs were documented.The pathology slices and swelling indexs showed that danshen decoction can significantly reduced inflammation and neutrophil extravasation.Conclusion: Danshen decoction might improve swelling in the reperfused tissue,thereby reduce reperfusion injury.更多还原
