【摘要】 为探讨乳化方法制备康美肤烧伤膏的最佳工艺,用乳膏的性状及离心试验结果进行综合加权评分为指标,用正交试验优选基质的最佳配比,结果优选出的最佳基质配比为硬脂酸∶白凡士林∶液体石蜡∶单硬脂酸甘油酯为3∶2．5∶2．5∶4,乳化剂用量占处方量的6%。HLB值为11,乳化温度为80℃。说明乳化方法操作简便,方法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the best preparation of kangmeifu burn ointment (KBO) by emulsifying process. According to the description of the ointment and the result of centrifugal test,the optimum proportion of matrix of KBO was determined by orthogonal experiment.The results showed the optimum proportion was stearic acid-white vaselin-liquid paraffin-glyceryl monostearate (3:2.5:2.5:4),emulsifier dosage is 6% of prescription amounts,HLB 11,and emulsifying temperature 80℃.Conclusion:The method is convenient and performed.更多还原
