毛细管气相色谱法定量测定壬代环戊双醚

【摘要】 采用毛细管柱定量法测定壬代环戊双醚,结果:线性范围为0.28~15μg,线性方程Y= 1.7015×10~5+0.086562×10~7X,平均回收率为99.98%,满足定量分析的要求。

【Abstract】 The determination method of 2-n-nonyl-1,3-dioxolane by capillary gas chromatography was studied.The chromatography condition such as HP-5 silicon capillary column (30m×320μm×0.25μm), wide bore injection port,split injection,FID detector and the increase of oven temperature controlled by pro- grams were selected.The results showed that a good separation effect and linear range (0.28~15μg) were obtained by quantitative determination.The linear equation is Y=1.7015×10~5+0.086562×10~7X,r=0.99998. The average recovery is 99.98% and the instrumental precision is 0.27%.This method is simple and quick,and can be used for quantitative analysis.
