【摘要】 为探讨老年高血压痛中医主证和现代医学一些指标对血瘀证的影响,选择阴虚阳亢证与阴阳两虚证的老年高血压病患者各30例,根据血瘀积分判断是否兼有血瘀证,并检测血压参数、微血管血友病因子和尿微量白蛋白,结果发现平均收缩压夜间下降率和尿微量白蛋白入选回归方程,说明这2个指标是老年高血压病产生血瘀证的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 To approach the influence of principal syndrome of TCM and some indexes of modem medicine on blood stasis syndrome in senile hypertension.30 patients with Yin deficiency and Yang excess and 30 patients with Yin-yang deficiency were selected,and judged whether they accompanied with blood stasis syndrome according to the integral of blood stasis.Parameters of blood pressure,von Willebrand factor (vWF) and microalbuminuria (MA) were tested.The results showed that night declining rate of mean systolic pressure (NDRMSP) and microalbuminuria were selected into regression equation.It indicates that NDRMSP and MA are important influencing factors which senile hypertension caused blood stasis syndrome.更多还原
