【摘要】 建立了用高效液相色谱测定盐酸甲氯芬酯胶囊含量的方法。采用Hy-persil C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm i.d.×200 mm),流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(0.12%NH4HCO3-0.50%三乙胺)溶液=33∶67(甲基磺酸调pH至3.0),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长为225 nm。盐酸甲氯芬酯的线性范围为1.632~163.2μg/mL,平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for the determination of meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules.The separation was performed on Hypersil C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm).The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.12% ammonium bicarbonate solution(containing 0.5% triethylamine,adjusted to pH 3.0 with Methanesulfonic acid).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 225 nm.The calibration curve was linear from 1.632 to 163.2 μg/mL,and the average recovery of the method was 99.67%,RSD was 1.8%(n=9).更多还原
