【Abstract】 The paper introduces the principles and applications of XRF(X-ray fluorescence analysis) in the fast and no-harm analysis of lead-free products.As the result of analysis,we can find that the analysis is simple,accurate,fast,high precision.And the examination is undamaged by adopting self-developed XRF-1000 X-ray fluorescence instrument to analyze unleaded solder and plate layer.更多还原
