KMnO4-Na2SO3化学发光体系测定对乙酰氨基酚
Determination of paracetamol by flow-injection chemiluminescence with KMnO4-Na2SO3 system
【摘要】 在酸性条件下,对乙酰氨基酚对KMnO4-Na2SO3体系发光反应具有明显的增敏作用,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定对乙酰氨基酚的新方法。在该发光体系中,对乙酰氨基酚在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5g/mL范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3R)为2.0×10-9g/mL,对对乙酰氨基酚进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为2.6%。本方法应用于片剂中对乙酰氨基酚的测定,并与药典方法进行对照。
【Abstract】 In the H2SO4 solution,paracetamol could enhance obviously the chemiluminescence(CL) intensity of the reaction of KMnO4-Na2SO3 system.So,a new flow-injection CL method for the determination of paracetamol has been developed.The linear range of this method is 1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 g/mL for paracetamol with the detection limit of 2.0×10-9 g/mL and the RSD% is 2.6%.The method is simple,rapid,and sensitive,and it has been applied to the determination of paracetamol in pharmaceutical tablets with satisfactory results.
