【摘要】 用ICP-发射光谱法测定了糖尿病人与非糖尿病人头发中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cr、K、Mg等7种微量及宏量元素,用聚类分析法进行了多因素多水平分析,糖尿病人与非糖尿病人基本上各自聚成一类,误判率为5%。结果表明,二者之间存在着多种微量元素的显著差别,提示在糖尿病人体内微量元素的营养状态存在一定程度的不平衡。为多角度探讨糖尿病的病因,开展糖尿病微量元素医学的早期判别提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of 7 metallic elements were determined in diabetic patients and non-diabetic people by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Cluster analysis was used to take multi-factor analysis.The result shows that there is a significant difference on metallic elements between diabetic patients and non-diabetic ones,and indicating that there exists an imbalance with trace element metabolism in diabetic patient′s body.The article provides scientific basis for further study of the cause of diabetes mellitus on multi-level and trace elements food therapy on diabetes.更多还原
