光度分析法在药物分析中的研究与应用
Application and Development of the Pharmaceutical Analysis by Photometric Technique
【摘要】 综述了国内近年来光度分析法在药物分析中的研究与应用情况.就分光光度法、荧光光度法、化学发光法3种重要的分析方法,从反应条件、线性范围、灵敏度等方面介绍了光度分析法对不同反应体系的研究现状,展望了光度分析法在药物分析中的发展方向.
【Abstract】 The article elaborates the present status of the photometric analysis technique in pharmaceutical analysis in our country.Three main photometric technique including spectrophotometry,fluorescent method,chemiluminescence method,and the different systems were introduced in the respect of the reagent and the condition of reaction,the linear range and etc.,and the trend of development of pharmaceutical analysis was forecasted.
