【摘要】 提出了采用有机弱酸HA-有机弱碱BOH的混合溶液作为溶剂,以无机强碱调节pH呈弱酸性,pH为5-6血红素析出。经测试血红素产率为0.5%,血红素中铁的质量分数为1.0%。该法工艺简单,生产周期短无污染,成本低,与文献相比降低了58.7%,经济效益明显。不失为既经济又环保的新方法,拓宽了血红素提取的新思路,为血红素原料生产提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The heme was extracted from pig blood using the mixed solution of organic weak acid HA and organic weak base BOH.Inorganic strong base was used to adjust the pH value to 5～6 and the heme was separated out.The yield of heme is tested to be 0.5%.The mass fraction of iron in the heme is 1.0%.This method is simple,short in production period,low in cost and no pollution.The cost is reduced by 58.7% compared to the similar reports by other documents.So there is an obvious advantage in economic profit.This new method for the extraction of heme from pig blood by using organic weak acid HA and organic weak base BOH is both economical and environmentally friend.Thus the new way to extract heme is broadened and foundation is provided for the production of heme.更多还原
